At just 25, Aline Gubri speaks on the topics of circular economy and zero-waste for public events, businesses, and organizations. With a master’s degree in environmental management from La Sorbonne, she is also a freelance consultant in sustainable development. She has worked for the Department of Environment of San Francisco, the first zero-waste city in the world. On returning to France, she worked as a responsible consumption consultant with Utopies, France’s first sustainable development consulting firm.
Aline Gubri has published Zero Plastic Zero Toxins (Thierry Souccar, 2017) and The Guide to Sustainable Food (Thierry Souccar, 2020). She is also the founder of the blog Consommons Sainement (“Let’s consume well”), a reference guide on environmental themes.
